1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Rozmah Digital, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Rozmah Digital provides software development services including but not limited to:
- Mobile application development (Android & iOS)
- Web application development
- E-commerce solutions
- Recharge and bill payment applications
- Portfolio websites
- Business websites
3. Project Agreement
Before starting any project, both parties will agree upon:
- Project scope and requirements
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Deliverables and specifications
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Generally:
- An advance payment may be required before project commencement
- Milestone payments may be required during the project
- Final payment is due upon project completion and delivery
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the custom work created specifically for their project. However, Rozmah Digital retains the right to:
- Use generic code, frameworks, and tools developed for the project
- Showcase the project in our portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
- Retain ownership of pre-existing intellectual property
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide necessary information and materials in a timely manner
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables promptly
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Obtain necessary licenses for third-party content provided to us
7. Warranty and Support
We provide a limited warranty period after project delivery during which we will fix bugs and issues at no additional cost. Extended support and maintenance services are available separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rozmah Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business plans, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:
- The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- All confidential information must be returned or destroyed
- Deliverables completed and paid for will be transferred to the client
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
